Delete Your Account

This page explains how you can permanently delete your Block Legends account and all associated data. The service is operated by RIDEV Yazılım Sistemleri Limited Şirketi.

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Step 1. Open Block Legends on your device and make sure you are signed in.

Step 2. Tap the profile icon (top-bottom) → Settings → Account.

Step 3. Choose General → Delete My Account and confirm. You'll be signed out immediately and a deletion request will be queued.

Request by E-mail

If you no longer have access to the app or prefer e-mail, send a message to [email protected] with the subject line Delete Block Legends account. Please include:

The Google account (e-mail) you used to sign in
Your in-game player name (if known)

Our support team will respond within 72 hours to verify your request and start the deletion process.

What Data is Deleted?

Google account identifier (UID, e-mail hash)
Profile data & clan membership
Gameplay statistics and inventory (cosmetics, coins, etc.)
Chat logs linked to your UID

Data We Must Temporarily Retain

Purchase & tax records: kept for up to 10 years to comply with accounting laws
Server logs (IP, device, timestamp): kept for 30 days for anti-fraud and security auditing, then deleted

Can I Restore My Account?

No. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. You may create a new account at any time, but previous progress and purchases cannot be restored.
