End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: November 12, 2025

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and RIDEV YAZILIM SİSTEMLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("RIDEV", "we", "us") for your use of the Block Legends mobile application and any associated content or services (collectively, the "Licensed Application").

1) Acknowledgement (Apple Relationship)

You and RIDEV acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and RIDEV only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). RIDEV, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content. This EULA must not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (which you acknowledge you have had an opportunity to review). If there is a conflict as to usage rules, Apple's terms govern your usage.

2) Scope of License

Subject to this EULA and the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, RIDEV grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded product that you own or control. The Licensed Application may also be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing as permitted by Apple. You may not distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Licensed Application, nor reverse engineer or attempt to derive its source code except as permitted by applicable law.

3) Maintenance and Support

RIDEV is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application as specified in this EULA or as required by law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for the Licensed Application.

4) Warranty; Apple's Limited Role

To the extent not effectively disclaimed, RIDEV is solely responsible for any warranties for the Licensed Application. If the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) paid for the Licensed Application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligations with respect to the Licensed Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are RIDEV's sole responsibility.

The Licensed Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIDEV disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). Your statutory rights are not affected.

5) Product Claims

You and RIDEV acknowledge that RIDEV, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of it, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation (including in connection with any use of HealthKit or HomeKit frameworks, if applicable).

6) Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, RIDEV—not Apple—will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

7) Legal Compliance (Export/Sanctions)

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.

8) Developer Name and Address; Contact

All questions, complaints, or claims regarding the Licensed Application should be directed to RIDEV using the contact information above.

9) Third-Party Terms

When using the Licensed Application, you must comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement. For example, if you use a VoIP or data-intensive feature, you must not violate your wireless data service agreement. Carrier and data charges may apply.

10) Third-Party Beneficiary (Apple)

You and RIDEV acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of its terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

11) Age Requirement & Parental Supervision

The Licensed Application is rated 9+. If you are under 13, you may use it only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts this EULA on your behalf. Parental controls in the app allow parents/guardians to configure features (e.g., chat visibility/access). Parents/guardians are responsible for these settings and the child's activity.

12) Accounts

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and maintain security of your device and account.

13) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: violate laws or this EULA; harass or harm others; share content including insults, racism, discrimination, sexual content, or violence; use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, selling accounts/items for real money); cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer (except where legally permitted) or attempt unauthorized access. We may issue warnings, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

14) User-Generated Content (UGC)

You are responsible for your UGC. You grant RIDEV a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, and distribute your UGC to operate, improve, and promote the app. We may remove UGC that violates this EULA or law.

15) Purchases and Payments

If the app offers in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple. RIDEV does not store your payment data. Prices and availability of virtual items may change without notice. Refunds, if any, are subject to Apple's policies. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable.

16) Changes; Suspension; Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access (including for EULA breaches). Where required by law, we will provide notice.

17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIDEV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the app or this EULA. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

18) Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at: https://blocklegends.net/privacy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data, including parental controls and handling of children's data where applicable.

19) Governing Law; Venue

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Courts of Istanbul, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in your country of residence.

20) Updates to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
